Company Policy

To start with us, we require the original source file of your logo (AI/PSD/Vector, not an image) and your page link. After that, you can choose the suitable package and complete the payment through the available methods.

Payment Methods:

• Office Visit: Our headquarters in Al-Haram.

• Digital Wallets: Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Telda.

• Crypto & International: Binance (USDT).

• Other Methods: Fawry, Bank Transfer, or Visa/Credit Card.

For Clients in Libya:

• Bank Transfer, Vodafone Cash, Binance (USDT), or Credit Card.

Workflow:

After payment, a specialized workgroup will be created including our professional team. Through this group, you will submit the required topics, and we will deliver the designs to you.

Work Hours & Delivery:

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Standard Delivery: Within 24 hours or on the next working day after receiving the requirements.

Daily Delivery Limits:

• 5 – 10 Designs Package: 1 design per day.

• 20 Designs Package: 2 to 3 designs per day.

• 30 – 40 Designs Package: 5 to 6 designs per day.

• Note: Delivery time is within 24 to 48 hours from receipt during working days, depending on the required design quality.

Revisions:

• Unlimited revisions until the design is confirmed and approved.

• After Approval: Free revisions are available for 3 days.

• After 3 Days: Any new modification will be counted as a new separate design.

Package Details:

• 10 Designs Package: For one client only and cannot be divided among multiple pages. Delivery is 1 design daily.

• 20+ Designs Packages: Can be used for more than one client or page.

Individual Designs (Outside Packages):

• Single Social Media Design: 200 EGP.

• Print-Ready Design (Dimensions): 250 EGP.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• The client has the right to cancel the package at any time. In case of cancellation, delivered designs will be charged at the individual rate (200 EGP per design).

• Refunds are available within 14 days of the payment date according to company terms.
